Warehouse

Our skilled and well trained warehouse workers are performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other. We use the most sophisticated ERP software to mange and control our whole supply chain system

Cutting Section

In our cutting department, a process flow chart is maintained to send the right measurement body parts in the next sewing process for making quality garments. We use state of the art technology, methods, machines and software to ensure accuracy, reducing wastages and redundancy and less time consumed for following JIT process. .

• We have a capacity of 230000pcs of cutting per day.

Sewing Section

Most of our sewing line staffs are older as our factory. They are skilled, loyal, and well trained with updated knowledge and technology. We use the world’s most modern and cutting-edge technological sewing machines for making clothes for our ultimate users’ satisfaction.

Our monthly sewing capacity as per product category is as below.

Men’s /Boys Undergarment  300,000 Dzns Per Month
Ladies /Girls Undergarment  250,000 Dzns Per Month
Loungewear / Sleepwear  150,000 Dzns Per Month

We never do compromise with our product quality. Our Quality team keep their wide-open eyes and consciousness for making the cloths with zero defects, alters, wastages and ultimate satisfaction of users. Our quality team work restlessly for upholding the reputation of “ROMO-QC”.

ROMO Fashion Today Ltd. adheres to the highest quality standards and compliance is monitored by dedicated staff at every stage and process. All our partner factories are Accord approved in addition to social audit approvals such as SEDEX.

Our factories are required to sign up to our own compliance manual to maintain quality controls in all key areas:

• Material checking and testing.
• Pre-production teams, risk analysis & pilot runs identify potential issues.
• Fabric batch tested before cutting (stability, fastness, pilling, etc.)
• Adherence to ISO, BSEN & AATCC standards

Iron / Packing Section

Child-Care /Medical Facility

Our facilities are fully compliance and certified by customers and compliance authorities as per the audit’s requirements. We do care about international labor law, our customers and alliance guidelines and compliance.

Our childcare and medical facilities have

• Medical personnel who standby full time in our factory.
• Training our workers about emergency treatment guide.
• Necessary first aid medical ingredients in our facility.

Fire Fighting Trainings & Drill

Our dedicated fire hydrant division has:
• Experienced staff and standby fire hydrant in fire fighting.
• The ability to fight in case of emergency.
• Exercise of fire drill in a regular basis.
• Each Floor is equipped with fire safety equipment and protection supplies
